This site is built and tested to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
(WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. In practice that means full keyboard operation, screen-reader
support, sufficient colour contrast, visible focus indicators, text that resizes
without breaking the layout, and respect for the prefers-reduced-motion setting.
New pages are assessed against WCAG 2.2 Level AA before they are published, and the whole site is reviewed periodically. We consider the site substantially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. If you find a page or component that falls short, we treat that as a fault to be fixed, not a permanent limitation.
An Easy Read version of the key information is available for people who prefer simpler language and shorter sentences.
Inside the pharmacy
The dosing area is reachable without steps from the main entrance. There is seating, and the dosing pharmacist will arrange a private or alternative space if you need one. Free interpreters are available at the counter through TIS National.
Reporting an access barrier
If something on this site or in the pharmacy is hard for you to use, please tell us. We will fix it, and we will help you get what you need in the meantime.
- Phone the pharmacy on the published line and ask for the dosing pharmacist.
- Email the pharmacy at the address shown in the footer of this page, with "Accessibility" in the subject line.
