Feedback

Feedback, concerns and complaints

How to raise a concern, the commitment to respond, and the escalation path.

We expect to be held to a standard. If something has gone wrong, or could be done better, we want to hear about it.

To raise a concern, speak with the dosing pharmacist on duty, or write to the proprietor on the published channel. We acknowledge feedback in writing within 5 business days and respond substantively within 20 business days.

Escalation. You can raise a concern with an independent body at any time. You do not need our permission, and you do not have to raise it with us first.
