What are dosing hours, exactly?

Supervised dosing runs every day of the week. Thursday and Friday include evening dosing, and there are weekend morning sessions. Phone 03 9364 7133 to confirm the exact window before you travel, especially for a first visit, a transfer or a public holiday.

Is the retail pharmacy open longer?

Yes, the retail pharmacy operates beyond dosing hours, but the dosing pharmacist may not be the same person outside dosing hours. For clinical conversations, the dosing windows are when the named pharmacist is on shift.

What about public holidays?

Public holiday hours are confirmed on the phone in the week leading up. Most public holidays we run reduced dosing hours; we rarely close completely.

I missed today's dose. Can I still come?

Phone first. One missed day is logged and the next dose is supplied normally. Two days requires a phone conversation with your prescriber. Three or more requires a re-assessment before resuming.

Hours: Mon-Wed: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM · Thu-Fri: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM · Sat: 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM · Sun: 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
