Phone first
A single phone call starts the transfer. We confirm the transfer date with you and call your previous pharmacy.
Transfer in
If your current pharmacy has closed its pharmacotherapy program, moved hands, or isn't open the hours you need, you can transfer to Priceline Pharmacy Sunshine Marketplace. The dosing pharmacist coordinates the hand-over with your previous pharmacy directly, so no day of supply is duplicated or missed.
A single phone call starts the transfer. We confirm the transfer date with you and call your previous pharmacy.
Acceptance is confirmed within two business hours during dosing hours. You get a clear yes, a wait time, or a referral onward.
Both pharmacies confirm in writing the date the previous pharmacy supplies last and we supply first. No overlap, no gap.
Your prescriber issues a fresh prescription dated the transfer day. We do not split or alter an existing prescription.
Stable dosing patterns, takeaway history and SafeScript context all carry over. We protect the routine that's been working.
Moving from NSW, QLD, SA or further? Same principle. Include a brief clinical summary so the receiving pharmacist has the context.
